Due to the eruptions of an Icelandic volcano our intended stay of one night had unexpectedly been extended by 5 nights. In no way it was a punishment to stay longer in this Riad. Owner Pierre rebuilt the Riad in a very tasteful style where Indian art meets Moroccan art. The Riad is light and spacious. Since it contains only 7 rooms it is very personal and tranquil amidst the lively Kashba area. The staff is doing everything to make your stay pleasant. Breakfast is enjoyable with freshly baked pastries or pancakes. Also dinners in Moroccan style are of very high quality and well seasoned. Pierre was very helpful in helping us to get around and to find a knowledgeable pharmacist for stocking up with indispensable medicine. Highly recommended!

A great deal of effort has gone into making this Riad stand out from others with no money spared on furnishings from both India and Thailand but at the end of the day a small hotel/Riad is only as good as the staff who run it and here the service was attentive and helpful and made for a most enjoyable stay.Congratulations to Pierre a great host!.Also, eating in occasionaly is a must as the food is tasty and served in a romantic location.

Location close enough to the alley, the Jamaa el fna square, and Bahia palace. Amazingly attentive and very attentive stuff at all times. Lovely bed, large bathroom and an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a satellite TV in the room.

This nicely decorated hotel was located in the charming area of the Kasbah. A calm area perfect if you want to escape from the hectic city center. The hotel staff was excellent giving you the best service possible. Murad, one of the hotel responsable, was excellent in helping us whenever we needed it. The best with this hotel was the flexibility they gave us. There was no fixed hours or difficult rules allowing us to feel at home. They make your stay as you would like it. Pierre, the hotel manager was really nice and helpful. He kindly let us leave the hotel for two nights without having to pay any extra charge for the room. I would really recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Marrakech.
The breakfast was a litte bit to sweet and french for me. In their page it says "continental", but I would say it's 100% french.

Had a wonderful stay during Christmas! The rooms were spacious and well-designed with a Moroccan touch, and the balcony provided a quiet atmosphere. The rooftop terrace was a great spot to enjoy breakfast and watch the sunrise and sunset. The staff was extremely attentive and made our experience delightful. The food prepared by the chef was the best we had during our stay.
The WiFi signal was weak on the higher floors and the rooftop terrace, so we had to rely on our own data to stay connected. The swimming pool was small, more like a large bath, which was a bit disappointing.

Very friendly staff and great breakfast! The place is beautiful and you can relax on the small swimming pool while the temperatures are too high for sightseeing.
Just two minor things: there’s no tv in the room and we were not able to pay with credit card due to connection problems.

Riad Alma was brilliant for us. Pierre and all his staff incredibly helpful and charming, spoke English and French so made everything very easy. Were able to assist us in organising trips and transport. Riad itself is just beautiful, perfect place to relax with everything you could ask for as well as evening meals cooked on odd days upon request. Multitude of different social areas within the Riad indoors and out to relax in. Stunning building to unwind in after a day exploring in the thick of the medina, amazing!
Difficult to find the first time but you soon learn the way! Take advantage of the offer to be transported from the airport upon arrival, it saves a lot of hasstle.

Upon arrival, we were blown away by the luxurious and peaceful atmosphere of the riad, a complete contrast to the bustling streets outside. The friendly and helpful staff, especially Micheline and Canelle, made us feel welcome and ensured a smooth check-in process. The rooms, including the Junior Suite and standard room with a terrace, were impeccably clean and had comfortable beds. The rooftop terrace provided stunning views and a great spot for enjoying aperitifs. The well-designed pool area was ideal for cooling off after exploring the city. The layout of the dining areas ensured privacy and a pleasant dining experience. The breakfast selection was excellent, with the staff accommodating any requests. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the riad, which was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The riad's convenient arrangement of taxis allowed easy transportation to various destinations. our stay was amazing, and we highly recommend this wonderful place.

We had apartment with a very nice shower, extra blankets etc, a sofa bed. The location was easy, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a ruined palace...

The rooms were spacious and airy, providing a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance to several attractions in the city. the staff offered excellent service and were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Although the breakfast was tasty, it became repetitive after having the same options for seven mornings in a row. It would be nice to have more variety in the menu.
